Nike Air Max 90 “Triple Black” lands Nov 13 at $165, with asks already at $161

The Nike Air Max 90 SP “Triple Black” releases on Friday, November 13, at $165. New pairs are already listed in all nine sizes from 8 to 12, and the cheapest is $161 in sizes 9, 9.5, 10 and 11, which is $4 under retail.

How the asks came down

The pair first showed up in sizes 8 to 12 on October 11 at $237. The cheapest pair then changed on these days:

• October 13: $198
• October 16: $161
• October 20: $158, the lowest since our checks began on September 29
• October 23: up to $161

It has stayed at $161 since then, the same as a week ago.

Every size from 8 to 12

Four sizes sell under retail, all at $161: sizes 9, 9.5, 10 and 11. The other five sizes are listed over retail. Sizes 8 and 8.5 are $175, size 10.5 is $170, size 12 is $176, and size 11.5 is the priciest at $180.

This week four sizes got cheaper and none went up. Size 10.5 fell $10, and sizes 8, 8.5 and 12 each fell $2.

If you wear size 9, 9.5, 10 or 11, you can buy a pair now for a bit under retail. In sizes 8, 8.5, 10.5, 11.5 and 12 you'd pay more than retail before the pair is even out. Pre-release prices can move, and this one has already gone from $237 down to $158 and back up to $161.

Outside the usual range, sizes 7 and 7.5 are $161. Sizes 13 and 14 rose $10 this week to $290.
