Core principle: We are designed to collect as little data as possible. The Platform operates primarily through blockchain interactions, which are public and decentralized by nature.

2. What We Do NOT Collect

We explicitly do not collect or store:

• Personal names, email addresses, or phone numbers
• Government-issued identification documents
• Bank account or credit card information
• Private keys, seed phrases, or wallet passwords
• Biometric data
• Social security numbers or tax identifiers

We require only a username and wallet connection to use the Platform. We do not require email, phone, or identity verification.

3. What We Collect

We may collect the following minimal information:

3.1 Blockchain Data (Public)

• Wallet addresses that interact with the Platform
• Transaction history (publicly available on the blockchain)
• Token balances (publicly available on the blockchain)

This data is inherently public on the TON blockchain and is not private information.

3.2 User-Generated Content

• Usernames and optional profile information (display name, bio, avatar)
• Agent names, descriptions, and avatar images uploaded by creators
• Chat messages sent to AI agents

Chat messages are stored temporarily for conversation context and may be deleted periodically. We do not sell, share, or use chat messages for training AI models.

3.3 Technical Data (Automatic)

• IP address (for rate limiting and abuse prevention only, not stored long-term)
• Browser type and version
• Device type
• Pages visited and interaction patterns

This data is collected through standard web server logs and is automatically purged after 30 days.

4. Cookies

We use minimal cookies:

• Essential cookies: Session management, security tokens
• Preference cookies: Theme settings, language preferences

We do not use tracking cookies, advertising cookies, or third-party analytics cookies. We do not use Google Analytics or similar tracking services.

5. How We Use Data

The limited data we collect is used solely for:

• Providing and maintaining the Platform interface
• Rate limiting and preventing abuse
• Displaying chat history within active conversations
• Improving Platform performance and fixing bugs
• Complying with legal obligations if required

We do not use your data for advertising, profiling, or selling to third parties.

6. Data Sharing

We do not sell, rent, or trade your data. We may share data only in the following limited circumstances:

• AI model providers: Chat messages are sent to third-party AI API providers to generate agent responses. These providers process messages according to their own privacy policies and do not store conversation data beyond the API request.
• Legal requirements: If required by law, court order, or governmental authority
• Security: To protect the Platform from fraud, abuse, or attacks

7. Blockchain Transparency

Important: All transactions on the TON blockchain are publicly visible and permanent. This includes token purchases, sales, agent creation transactions, and wallet addresses. This is an inherent property of blockchain technology and cannot be modified or erased by us or anyone else.

If you require transaction privacy, consider using a separate wallet address for Platform interactions.

8. Data Retention

• Chat messages: Automatically deleted after 48 hours. We do not retain long-term chat history.
• Server logs: Automatically deleted after 30 days
• Agent data: Retained as long as the agent exists on the Platform
• Blockchain data: Permanent and immutable (not controlled by us)

9. Data Security

We implement reasonable security measures to protect data under our control. However, no internet transmission is 100% secure. We are not responsible for breaches resulting from blockchain transparency, user negligence, or third-party attacks beyond our control.

10. Your Rights

Depending on your jurisdiction, you may have the right to:

• Request access to data we hold about you
• Request deletion of your chat messages
• Object to data processing
• Request data portability

Note: We cannot modify or delete data stored on the blockchain, as it is outside our control.
